Summer Sweat Series

Get ready for the Summer with our FREE Summer Sweat Fitness classes outside in the parking lot!  

We have the following class FREE options for you:

Monday:

9:45 AM Young Flower Yoga with Marta Gil - Intermediate Level Class.

11:00 AM Senior Fitness with Sue Roos - Low Impact class set to music of the 50's, 60's and 70's focuses on aerobics, stretching and balance.

Tuesday:

5:30 PM Pound with Jennifer Ricciardi  - Full body cardio-jam inspired by sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums, Rockout. Workout. All levels.

Wednesday: 

4:00 - 5:00 PM - Soul Line Dancing with Steven from the Fun Bunch! Join this fun line dancing class for a good sweat and a good time!

5:30 PM Yoga with Diana Morgan - yoga, healing, strengthening & relaxation. 

Thursday:

10:00 AM Young Flower Yoga with Marta Gil - Beginner level/nice & easy.

5:30 PM Pound with Jennifer Ricciardi  - Full body cardio-jam inspired by sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums, Rockout. Workout. All levels.

Friday:

10:00 AM Pound with Jennifer Ricciardi  - Full body cardio-jam inspired by sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums, Rockout. Workout. All levels.

11:00 AM Senior Fitness with Sue Roos- Low Impact class set to music of the 50's, 60's and 70's focuses on aerobics, stretching and balance. 

Saturday:

10:00 AM Yoga with Diana Morgan - yoga, healing, strengthening & relaxation.  

**PLEASE NOTE: It is required that you bring your own mat, small towel and water to each class. Please wear a mask while not on the mat or working out, and be sure to use the sanitizer and wipes that will be provided for you before and after each class! DO YOUR PART in keeping everyone safe so we can all continue to sweat it out together!!!
