I invite you to a FREE Mindfulness Meditation Workshop
We will meet 5 times, each time learning about different method of mindfulness meditation, and practicing it in a group setting.
You can choose to come to just one or all of the workshops.
We meet on the third Tuesday of a month, starting on February 18th.
Each participant will receive a recording with the guided meditation of the month, so they can use it at home for their daily practice for the rest of your life.
