Amazon Lockers

Amazon Lockers provide you with a self-service delivery location to pick up and return your Amazon.com packages. Amazon Lockers are located in the mall near the Upper Macy's entrance.

Ambassador Program

Need assistance? Our ambassadors are here to help! Each ambassador is a fully trained security officer with additional customer service training. Please seek them out with any requests, or call 914-703-8347 to coordinate an ambassador to meet you within the property!

ATM Machine

For easy access to your cash, a Travelex ATM is located on Retail Level 2 in the Food Court, next to the elevator. 

Baby Changing Station

For your convenience, baby changing stations are located in the Family and Women's Restrooms.

Book Nook

Come and enjoy our new Book Nook space! Featuring the “Take a book, leave a book” initiative in partnership with the John C. Hart library, as well as various activities for you and your little ones! We will host various mommy groups, reading circles and more on a weekly basis!

In addition, the space has wall mounted games for the young ones – a huge chalkboard, toys and fun games.

Check out our fun and interactive space outside of the Food Court on Retail Level 2.

Designated Smoking Areas

Smoking is only allowed in designated exterior smoking areas. Smoking is prohibited in any other area of the mall. 

Device Charging Station

For your convenience, we offer recharging stations fit for most devices, located on Retail Level 1 in both wings of the mall.

Event Space

The Jefferson Valley Mall's Community Room offers flexible space for meetings and events. Call (914) 245-4688 to book your meeting or event. 

Family Restrooms

For your convenience, you’ll find Family Restrooms located on Retail Level 2, next to the Food Court.

First Aid

First-aid assistance can be provided at Mall Management Office. In the event of an emergency please dial 911. AED devices are located in the Mall Management Office and the Security Office.

Food Court

Take a break from shopping and enjoy a snack or meal at Jefferson Valley's Food Court located on Retail Level 2. 

Handicap Accessible

Our property offers accessibility for our guests needing additional assistance. Handicap parking and accessible entrances are located at all Mall entrances. 

Kiddie Rides

Let your little one enjoy a ride on our Kiddie Rides. Located by Great American Cookie Co. and by The Children's Place near Lower Macy's.

KidX - Kids Program

If you misplace an item, visit Lost & Found located at the Mall Management Office.

For your convenience, we offer private nursing mother’s lounge located in the Women's Restroom, next to the Food Court.
